The Traditional Process

The traditional process is fundamentally flawed. It works on the principle that one group is able to determine in advance what another group will subsequently implement. Yet it offers no opportunity for those implementers to participate in determining the outcome. No wonder there is no ownership.

The FUSION Process

By bringing together partners from the start, the necessary skills and experience are on offer when they are needed. Development can run as a 'bow wave' just ahead of implementation and shared ownership of common goals, objectives and solutions is afforded. Ultimately a better solution is delivered at the lowest cost, earlier. Its that powerful.
