	FUSION Projects - Swan Valley Community School, Swanscombe, Kent
	A Partnering Charter was signed in March 1997 between Kent County Council and WEEKS for the Swan Valley Community School in Swanscombe, Kent with a value of Ł14 million.

	Phase 1 of this fast track project, worth Ł7 million, was completed on time and to budget by the September of 1998.
	Having reviewed the procurement options, Kent County Council recognised that partnering was the only viable option in terms of time-scale and cost.
